The recipient can redeem their gift certificate by just calling us with the appropriate authorization number which is on the gift certificate or entering the authorization number in the appropriate area (the REDEEM box) when placing an online order.

Upon ordering your gift certificate on-line, you will receive an email with a printable copy of the certificate and its authorization number for immediate use. If you require a "hardcopy" of the gift certificate please place the request in the comments area when checking out. Requests for a "hardcopy gift certificate" can be mailed to you or the recipient ( the "ship to" address provided) via US Postal service at no additional charge (allow 3-6 days for delilvery via US Postal Service).
