A Family style crab cake made with crab meat and pollock. Our cakes are pre-cooked and have a fine breadcrumb coating on the outside to aid in the browning process. Brown our Seafood Cakes, from frozen, in a non-stick sauté pan, open or flat top grill, deep fry, bake or broil.
Use these crab cakes as an appetizer, served with one of our sauces. or as a dinner over pasta or mixed greens. For lunch, prepare a crab cake on a roll with lettuce, tomato and onion.
