Jamaican Jerk Seasonings:
This is our Americanized version of the original Jamaican Jerk seasoning. Our Pirate Jonny’s Jerk Seasoning is a bottle full of flavor, just the right amount of heat, and sweet tropical goodness, without the harshness. Mix it with some vinegar and some soy sauce to make a marinade for Fish Scallops or Shrimp. While your seafood is grilling mix some up into a sauce pan and reduce on the stove to make a fabulous glaze and brush it on for the last 10 minutes of cooking. Also works great in the oven.
