Superb grill fare. One of Florida's most popular fish. Generally 3/4 to 2 lbs each, so be sure to order accordingly. Flesh is white and flaky when cooked. Very light fish taste. Cook as you would any of the snappers.

For some strange reason, our fresh fish aren't all the same size, please allow a little variation in weight on whole fish, generally, we will go overweight rather than underweight.
